How We Compare Custom Song Services
Most comparisons of personalized song services are written by one of the companies in them, us included. That is worth saying plainly, because it tells you what to check. Here is exactly how the comparison table is built, so you can verify any line of it yourself.
We include our own service
DivineSong appears in the table, labelled as ours, and is held to the same rule as everyone else: every claim about us links to a page on this site that states it. We are sorted alphabetically along with the rest rather than placed at the top.
Where the facts come from
Every figure is read from the company’s own website and linked to the specific page that states it. We do not cite other companies’ comparison posts, review aggregators, or third-party summaries, because those go stale silently and cannot be checked against the source. If a company does not publish a detail, the table says “Not stated”. We never infer a price, a policy, or how a company makes its songs.
What we did not do
We made no test purchases. Nothing in the table rates songwriting, vocals, or production quality, and you should not read it as a judgement on how good any service’s songs are. It records what each company publicly commits to: price, turnaround, revisions, refunds, whether you can hear something before paying, what you receive, and what rights you get.
How the list is ordered
Alphabetically. There is no score, no ranking, and no “winner”, because a ranking assembled by one of the ranked companies would not be worth reading. Services are included when they currently sell personalized songs and publish enough to compare. We leave out services that have closed, moved to an unrelated domain, or turned out to sell something else.
Dates, and why they matter
Each claim carries the date it was last checked, and the table shows the most recent one. Other companies change prices and policies without notice, so a figure here is a snapshot, not a guarantee. Before you buy from anyone on the list, open the linked source and confirm it still says what we recorded.
Corrections
If you work at one of these companies, or you are a reader who spotted something out of date, email support@divinesong.com and point us at the page that states the correct figure. We aim to correct the table within five business days, and we will update the checked date when we do.
